It hurts me...(PC Build)

I have decided after many months of thinking, I don't need a $2500 gaming PC. At all really, the games I play are by no means graphically intensive. So why would I build an overkill PC? So I put together about a $975 PC build, and I'm satisfied with it. But I would like to know everyone's opinion on it.

Thumbs up from me although I would get a z97 mobo so you can oc your proc. H97 is not a performance chipset. Also I like the 650D better than the 450D for corsair midtowers but that's just me. Oh and I might get a bigger SSD and a WD black instead of blue (better performance).

I don't like mATX mobos... at all. Lol ATX gives ya more space and usually has beefier vrms. The MSI gaming z97 mobo is a solid pick. Why the 350D instead of the 450D now btw?
