1TB Samsung F3 HD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822152185 @ $74.99
AMD Athlon II X2 245 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103687 @ $58.99
ASRock 770 EXTREME3 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157195 @ $74.99
Kingston 2GB DDR3 RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820134751 @ $46.99
nMEDIAPC Black Aluminum Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811204034 @ $59.99
XFX GeForce GT 220 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150446 @ $69.99
Antec Basiq BP350 350W PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371003 @ $32.99.

That comes to $418.93.

I could probably knock it down a bit if necessary... I know it's going to be a HTPC, but I dont know if you want a HTPC Case or not. Some might say the motherboard is slightly... overkill. But it's bang up to date, so you could upgrade at a later date if you wanted to. The fact that it's an ATX motherboard drove up the price of the HTPC case.. but as I said, if you dont want/need a HTPC case then it can come down be ~$20-30 dollars.

You might want someone to check over that before you bought it.. i would hate for it not to work :P

thats a pretty solid list there Joe, appreciate it.
just cant do builds easily on a Droid lol..

but a HTPC case is not important, any case will do, as long as its decent looking.
