Default HSF question

can a 9850 phenom use a Stock Dual Core HSF?
just wondering because i am going to get an HSF for me, and i would have a stock HSF left over, and i am building a computer for a friend, but the phenom he is getting is OEM, so it doesnt come with a HSF.
If not, then can you guys recommend me a HSF, he wont be OC'ing and he is pretty much over his budget, so pretty much the cheapest price possible.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure if it can use a stock HSF.
I do know that the Tuniq and Xigmatek get good reviews on here, and newegg. I do believe the tuniq is about $49 and the Xiqmatek is $39.
If thats to expensive, do a search on newegg, and you can find several for fairly cheap.

this one looks pretty nice and like it'll cool good

if he seriously cant afford that one then there's one for pretty cheap right here

and for the stock one if its the same socket it will work but it might run a little hot
