Default HP power issues

I'm over seas right now and I have this older HP laptop (pentium 3) that when I plug it in all the LED lights on the laptop come on, but it won't power up. I've tried using an adapter and a transformer but they all have the same outcome.

I respect your right to alt+F4.

You might have fried your processor/mobo. I did that with my PC about a year back, had to get replaced. Really dunno though, don't quote me on it.
