I've had my HP M7570 for about 2 years now. I installed vista about 6 months back. Everything worked fine for me.
Now, yesterday, I accidently opened the disk trays. The top tray had a disk in it, so I took it out. When I closed them both again, the bottom one did what it should have done and stayed in. The top one, however, opened again without me pressing a button. It now keeps on doing this all the time.
It does not close again, unless I press the button to close it, but again it keeps on coming out.
I've tried:
However, these really don't work.
Can anybody help me with this?

- Shuffling it round a bit
- Putting the disk back again
- Pressing the button really quickly
However, these really don't work.
