So, I have a dv7 - 2270 laptop, its was not working, screen wasn't coming on.
Brought it to a shop, they said motherboard is the problem.
Well took it all apart got the board in but it was a 2200 motherboard, all the same USB and VGA plug in same area.. only differents is ram, which is ok cause I have the ram it needs.
And, the board is missing one piece think it for extra power, it powers up just does the same thing as before, so hooked it to the monitor and got nothing..
So what may it be, mother still, or maybe CPU processor?
It sucks cause this board took 3 weeks and was 200 cash.
