HP or Dell?

I have an HP from over 10 years ago. They still spent an hour with me on the phone trying to get the computer working. This was 2 years ago.

no offence but if you needed them to get it working, they are not the idiot here

Taking into consideration most of the bios was corrupted, locked when working, and there are no drivers, or updates for that system anymore. I would kindly ask you to shut the hell up.

i personally like dell, ive never had a problem with my dell computers (one desktop 1 laptop) and my experience with dell customer support wasn't that bad either (they forgot to ship a bag i ordered with the laptop and i recieved the bag a about a week later IIRC)

but my cousins had a hP and he swears by it

either wya you cant go wrong, i just like dells
