Try an exteranl monitor and see if that helps.

Did you press the appropriate button to send the video to the external monitor (FN + one of the F keys). Does it look like it's starting fans spin/hard drive spins/lights come on?

I've done the FN thing but no signal still on the external monitor.
Someone told me that it was the motherboard.

Just try to remove the battery and the ac adapter plug from the laptop, press and hold the power button for fifteen seconds, install either the battery or ac adapter power and press the power button to attempt a boot into the OS.

Are there any sings of life in the laptop or does it show any signs of even trying to boot up.

If not then I'd agree that it's probably the mobo.

It will power up normally and the fan spin also, but the HDD led blink somehow,is like the MB doesn't initialize completely.

In my opinion and experience these symptoms have almost always been the MOBO, especially since you checked the RAM already.
