Looks good, although I'm not sure about that PSU...it's by an off brand, yoiu want something known for reliability, especially for a high end PC.

Definitely. The minimum power requirement for a computer with an 8800GTS is only 400W, so 650 is more than enough, especially with a reliable brand like Silverstone.

That power supply could probably even run SLI 8800GTS.

I quite like the second build because it names that i can trust and it is like exactly the same price...
