Default How will this PC do with modern games?

iBUYPOWER Gamer Extreme NE731i Desktop PC - Newegg.com

So I'm long over due for a new PC. I need to upgrade badly. How will this do with newer games like Crysis 3, Far Cry 3, Borderlands 2, etc.

Thanks
