How to update p5b deluxe wifi BIOS

Hey fellas I have downloaded the latest Asus P5B Deluxe WiFi BIOS but don't know how to install it. It has a .ROM extension. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks. Just to let you know I don't have a floppy drive.

here's a link to the product page, go to the downloads tab on the left of the screen, download the manual, and then read up on how to do it...

you should be able to copy the file to a usb and load it from there, but check what the manual says first...
