Default How to turn off UAC

how do i turn it off so that everytime i run an application that needs my permission it dont ask me for my permission

In the search bar type "UAC" and it'll bring you to the page you need.

Yeah but after you turn it off, this annoying red sheild comes up and complains at you. So you double click that sheild (in the system tray), then on the left click "change the way security center alerts me" and just tell it to not alert you.
