Default How to see windows Temp Internet files

I was wondering how to do this because every time I defrag my main HDD its shows up with all my temp files that get defraged. What I'm doing now is going to My computer-> Document and settings -> my user name -> Local settings-> Temp and still don't see any files whats up?

IE7 > Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History > Settings button > View Files button
