I've had my new Toshiba laptop for a month now brought from eBay.

i5 4200U @ 1.6GHz
16GB Ram
GT740 2GB
750GB HDD

I have a computer 3.5 years old. The specifications of this PC is

Processor - i3
Motherboard - Gigabyte
Ram - 4GB
GPU - Nvidia 610 1 GB
PSU - 450 W

I am looking to upgrade this PC. But i don't know but to change.

Depends heavily on the model of i3, but that GPU is definitely up there to be changed as it's likely to be the major bottleneck. Also depends if that PSU is a good brand or not!
