How much is this PC worth?

Ok so pretty much my friend built a PC for a school project and is now selling it. I'm interested but no very little about computers

Specs:
8 gigs of ram, dual hard drive set up (40g and 1/2 Terabyte) 7800 series geforce graphics card, windows 7 already installed.

He wants to sell it around $200. Is this too much or too little? Also let me know if there are other specs I should ask for.

You should ask him what processor it has.

That seems like a good price - It's probably not enough. But it depends what processor it has!

Ok so I talked to him and he said its a ddr2 800gHz processor. I'm looking to mainly play games and further build up this PC. So is this worth the investment?

ddr2 is quickly becoming outdated as ddr3 is now getting up to 2133 mhz, also what processor is it (you listed the ram not the cpu ), you should also list the mobo and is the 40gb drive a ssd?
