How much better is an 7900GTX than a 7900GT?

It's looks to be quite a bit better.

WHAT?!?! They have GDDR4??!?! On there on two of the ATi cards it says GDDR4...

the 8800 was outperformed by alot of other cards inculding the 7900gtx

i don't think i would trust Tom's Hardware, so take the results with a grain of salt. And yes, the x1950XTX's had GDDR4

Yup. The X1950's were basically the X1900's R580 core paired with GDDR4 instead of GDDR3.
