Default how to make an xp iso cd

so i downloaded a copy of xp from my college's web server, it was two iso files, adding up to 771 mb, so how do i burn this to a cd?

are the two iso files supposed to be on two separate cds/dvds?

Use a program like Nero to burn the "image" (the ISO file) to CD. My guess is they are supposed to be on separate CDs. Normally it's just one CD unless it is a recovery CD, but if it's two, it's nothing to be worried about.

My guess is one .ISO contains XP and SP2 intergrated then the other .ISO has the rest of XP's updates. I know for a fact when you slipstream XP and SP2 it is only like 600 some megs and it will fit on 1 disc.

so you think that if i use a program like nero it will condense the two isos to a smaller size? because one is like about 580 mb, and the other is 200

Nero will not condense them. It will just burn them to a CD. There is no need to condense them.

XP is typically just one CD anyway. The other one probably has Sp2 and a bunch of hot fixes.

I'm willing to bet their an image, even though images are usually larger.
