Default How to make a receovery disk in Vista

I just bought a new HP desktop and I have been using it for about 2 days now. It never prompted me to make a backup or recovery disk. Somebody told me to got to start, programs, maintenance, and then make revovery disk. But under maintenace that option is not there. I would like to make one if somebody could please help me out. Thanks

Start> All programs > Recovery manager
Follow the prompts. Best to use dvd's.

Just go to type in 'recovery manager' into the search bar on the start menu,it should appear.
