Default How to lock down computer

Is there some software or maybe a script that will lock down a Windows workstation and keep it in one application (exe file)? This will make it where if you "X" it off, it will come right back. I think some people call this a sandbox program. I am interested in keeping a kiosk in this state, and using the program for restarting the kiosk and such. It is a Windows XP Embedded kiosk. Any help is appreciated.
