Default how hot should my AMD Turion II Ultra Dual-Core Mobile M620 be?

Ive already ordered some new thermal compound because i believe its getting to hot and the compound may have dried up(havent had time to take apart and check) but as of right now just running on the internet im running CPUID Hardware Monitor and it is reading that i am at an average 127*F... i just want to know how hot it should run, it is not overclocked and in a constant AC cooled room with little to no air restrictions..

In idle due to it being a mobile cpu. It should be running 30C - 45C, Medium load 50C - 60C, full load 70C - 85C.
Try using a laptop fan.
