Default How good is this computer?

I'm looking to buy a new pc, and I found this quite good.
Weekly Sales III
How good is it for the price, and if you could change anything in it, what would it be?
Would this pc be able to run new games?

I was also thinking about upgrading the ram to 2x8 or 4x4, which one is better?

Looks like a sold pc to me. About the RAM, you should stick with 2x4.
If you are not a heavy multitasker or using it as a server or working with virtual machines or are using very specific software, 8 gig is fine.
I am an enthusiast, and i use 2x4.

Too far. The shipping would be way too long expensive. Should be able to find good deals here in the USA.

Cyberpower is a crappy place to buy a PC from. Build it yourself, it's very easy to do.
