Default How far can you push 200mhz ram? (safely)

I was just wondering, because I have it at 205mhz now, and would like to keep it in sync with the processor when I get it up to 2.1ghz. My specs are in my sig, and I have One fan in the front pumping air in and two in the back pumping air out. Your opinions are highly welcome.
I want it to be stable also

205 and 210 should not make any difference. Best to keep it where it is until you can get faster RAM, rather than try to do something that perhaps in RAM so old could break it.
