It doesn't do any damage I don't think as long as you set it right.

I did notice a slight speed increase though somehow. I know I'm not meant to, and it may just be me, but it get to Windows faster in my opinion.

Do you put it in hexdecimal or decimal..?
because he says Decimal and some say hexdecimal

L2 cache is short for Level 2 cache. Wikipedia has a very extensive article on CPU cache in general that can be found at:
