seems like a great build, if u want amazing performance, switch that MobO to an Asus rampage III extreeme, the HTP is alot faster and will reduce lag when gaming, also makes for OC ram/Cpus alot easier. also, if u want a great cooling case, go with an Antec 1200 or there new dark fleet series like the DF 85 they are amaaaazing, and easiest to clean and get the best cooling, i use no liquid cooling and can OC anything with little temp change

looks like a good build but 1 question, what are you planning to do with this computer. If it's gaming i would most likely suggest changing the build to an intel one as no game uses all 6 cores so 2 cores would be going to waste but it all depends on what your planning to do with the comp
