Get the E8200. It's 45nm, huge overclocking potential, and it's just a newer processor in general.

RAM looks good.

Get this motherboard instead, it's a bit better:

As for video card, go with the 8800GT, especially if you're gaming.

why is that mobo better? how will it make my system run faster?
so it's ok to go with a generic 8800 gt?
not sure if i wanna overclock i'm scared i'll blow my system

That mobo has a better chipset, which will overall make your system more stable. Possibly a bit faster as well.

Really the only bad part about a generic brand is that the warranty is usually subpar. Other than that though, it should be fine.

thats one of the best cases out there. it has some great air flow. by far. go ahead and get it. and it LOOKS COOL!
