Default How do you find out processor socket type?

This is the motherboard according to everest home edition: Intel Seattle II SE440BX-2. Does anybody know this motherboard's processor socket number or how to find it out. Does anybody also know the best processor it can take. It currently has a 700Mhz Pentium III-E and is inside a Dell Dimension XPS T700R. It's an oldish PC that isnt used often so I don't expect it to take a modern processor. Thanks in advance.
