Default How do i tweak system properties graphics

Yeah, you know how there are graphics inside of system properties,
images?

well i wanna tweak these images.. when i was screwing around with Win Me a while back i could do some of that, but i've forgotten most of it.

I want to tweak the image below..

Manufactured and supported by:

emachines(r) <-- is an image

i also want to tweak the image of windows logo inside of this monitor above that.

Are there certain files i open in something like mspaint.exe and then tweak them, or some system file i can tamper with to change the image location that shows up there?
