Default How do I turn off auto-standby?

I'm trying to download something and I need to leave my computer on all night. The problem is, it goes into standby after an hour or two. This also stops the internet connection from reaching my computer, stopping the download. So I need to know how to stop the computer from going into standby. Can anyone help?

This is Windows XP.
