Default How do I save this video!?

My friend has this site with a video he want's on his HDD

http://www.wwe.com/community/bytethis/ (pick any video out)

It opens up in a different IE window and plays now how can I get this onto my HDD as an AVI or MPG!?

As Wombat says, in detail, thiis is illegal, & could get you banned, be warned, don't mention it again.
