Ok, google "Powerstrip". It's a good Video Card management program, and easily allows you to overclock. And here's how to do it:
Step 1: Find a good test program
>Find a good program to check for "artifacts", such as Unreal Tournament 2004's Intro.
Step 2: Start steadily overclocking and testing.
>Jump up both Engine and Memory speeds by 10Mhz intervals until you start to see Artifacts. When you do, back it down.
Step 3: Joo Done!

AMDAthlonXP3000+(400 FSB) overclocked to 2.3Ghz (3200+ or faster). Tt Extreme Volcano 12+ HSF. 80GB Seagate 7,200 RPM. 512MB Generic RAM (PC2100 256MB and PC2700 256MB). 128MB Rosewill GeForce FX 5900XT 256bit. 100 Base-TX GAMER's LAN! BABEH!

Why do you want to overclock your Video Card.
