How do I edit TCP setings in Vista SP1

I have Vista Ultimate SP1 and I am wondering how I can change my TCP setting limit. I already have autotuning disabled so I can get good latency in WoW, but I need to change my max TCP connections to make some other things faster.

Thats only for changing TCP IP addresses, not opening up more ports.

i think u have to open ports through your router settings. thats what i had to do for my PS3 to work

I have the port I need opened/forwarded.

I don't know how to explain this, but Windows XP on up limited the number of TCP connections you may have. In other words, torrents are fricking slow because you can't connect to a good enough number of seeders.

It's because you can't really (This is with 64 bit, you may still be able to in 32 bit, I forgot)
