Default How to create a bootdisk to flash BIOS?

Ok, so I need to create a 98boot-floppy to flash my BIOS. My floppy disks are not working, tried a couple, and non can be formated, all have bad sectors, they are old... So after a frustrating hour, I created a 98 boot CD. I got into the A:\ prompt and as per my BIOS flashing instructions from MSI, I typed in "c:" gave me an invalid drive error. I can access the E drive though, which is my CD drive. So, I am going to attempt to put my BIOS flash on a disk now(just thought of it as I wrote this) but for later reference, or if this doesnt work, how can I flash my BIOS basically? My instructions tell me not to use a floppy, use a win98 boot-disk. Is there an easier way to do this? Using CDs....

Thanks, I will report back if my idea about burning the bios works too.
