How to clean up, defrag, unspyware vista?

Hey everyone,

I've kinda let my computer run wild lately with tons of huge files lying around, spyware on it no doubt, really fragmented, slow, tons of unneeded files/programs. I've been cleaning up lately and uninstalling programs because I really dont want to have to reformat to get my old performance back

Any ideas on ways to defrag and remove spyware for vista? the included defrag in vista is pathetic...

Windows defrag works OK, but O&O defrag is much more thorough and does a better jon. For spyware, download Spybot S&D: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html Its's a free program that works very well, it does need to be updated manually though.
You could also run CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Which is perfect for cleaning everything up.
