how to clean mouse wheel?

my mouse wheel isnt acting like its supposed to and sometimes scrolls up when i scroll down. how do i bring it back to a better condition. i tried to search it up, but all the internet offers is how to clean ball mouses or just clean the bottoms of optical mouse.

Try getting an air duster and shooting it in openings around the batter compartment and in between the buttons. I don't think there's really any better way.

I don't know of any way to clean the scroll wheel, if that is what you are refering to. I think canned air would be about the only solution.
