Well Intel need Intel motherboards as Do AMD need AMD Motherboards, This filters out alot.

A quick search in Google with your motherboard model should do the trick fairly easily. If you are still having a hard time, just put the model number of you motherboard or computer here and I'm sure we can help you out.
