How to change a setup mistake

When I was setting up my laptop for the first time it asks you if you want to put a password in before the computer will boot up before it gets to your desktop. Whick i told it I want a password. Now everytime I turn the laptop on I have to put in my stupid password. How can I go and change this to wear I don't have to anymore. I an running vista.Thanks

Go to Control Panel and select User Accounts. Under your name, select Change password and type in your old password. Leave the other areas blank. It's gone.
