Default How Can I Use Two Video Cards At Once?

I am running an audio workstation PC under Windows XP to which I've fitted a dual head Geforce video card, which overrides the generic onboard video on the motherboard. How can I get the onboard video working as well so that I can run three monitors off it?

Are they the same video cards.? If they are then you can have the option of sli or crossfire.

Haha! Sorry... can I have that answer in English please? Sli or crossfire? What does that mean?

What do you mean by "Are they the same"? Same make? No, one is oboard - meaning: soldered onto the motherboard, while the other is a NVIDIA Geforce card in a slot on the motherboard. I don't know what make the motherboard is.

i don't think that's possible. you are gonna have to use the 2 or 3 outputs there is on the Nvidia card.
most likely you can only use 2 of the ports at once. some newer Nvidia cards and all new AMD cards can hock up 3 monitors at once.
what model is the card?

SLI and Crossfire are technologies that makes 2, 3 or 4 graphic cards work together for 3d rendering tasks.
that gives allot of boost in games, and you can hock up more then 3 monitors at once.

Oh, I thought you mean you had 2 external video cards. Sorry. I don't think you can have 3 monitors.
