Default how can i remove this virus?

it seems to be IN my windows, like the virus is on the windows files and wont come off.. every anti virus ive tried wont let me... i dont want to have to format how can i fix this? theres alot of stuff i dont want to loose on here and its slowing my computer down a bunch.. thanks!

Are you able to do a system restore? Do you have a disk to re-install those system files?

i dont know where my windows cd is... its LOST haha and when i try to system restore it like freezes everytime i boot up and i have to restart my bios to get it running again (taking out battery)!!!! also when i go to search sites and i click on something it'll bring up random ad sites...

What programs have you tried? And have you tried running them in Safe Mode?

try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. i had a bunch of viruses on my computer, even embedded in the registry, and this program fixed it all up. i have no problems at all with viruses now.

thanks for the recommendation but it wont let me install it... i think the virus has a protection from it or something? ill try again in a little bit

Have you tried removing the virus in safe mode?

yeah ive tried running the scanner in safe mode and when i restart it just freezes my computer..
