Default How can I find out if anyone is stealing my wireless internet?

We live in a terraced street and speeds have been particularly slow over the past few days and I have a feeling someone in neighbouring houses has picked up the wireless signal.

Even if this isn't the case how can I check anyway?

many many thanks for any help

Tony

go to your router's status page... you should see logs, wireless activity, etc. also, you can look in the DHCP section and look in the DHCP list to see who is connected (only shows MAC addresses)

Examples:
http://support.dlink.com/emulators/d...vc/h_dhcp.html

http://support.dlink.com/emulators/d..._wireless.html

Just block their ip addresses from the bit that wont allow the ips on the network, how secvure is your security or dont you have any, please remember one or two of them will have to be your comps.

You could use command prompt and netstat...
