Default how to allow hyperlink pop-ups in IE

Every since I installed ZoneAlarm, I can't just click on a link and make a pop-uup window appear. How would I allow that again?

try the fix listed under the "resolution" section on this info page from microsoft regarding your problem.....http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679....or you could try a repair installation of the windows operating system.
