Boot with a Windows 98 DOS and do this:
D:\I386\WINNT.EXE

Follow instructions. OR, grab Windows XP setup boot disks:

i do but im too lazy to put it in, and none of my other computers have one, and it would take me a while to find a floppy.

i will if i have to though

EDIT
crap its not on megaupload anymore looks like im going to have to pull out the ole floppy drive if all else fails, ill probably just check out a disk from our school and make a boot disk out of it there

you can make a bootable CD in Nero,

but you need a DOS boot disk as a seed image!

surely there has to be a useful ISO of DOS tools somewhere.
