hotel wecam

Hi,is it possible to record/video a hotel webcam.We are going on vacation and the hotel has a live webcam,and we are going to stand and be seen at a certain time of the day my daughter thought it would be cool if we could video it and show us when we got home is this possible from a laptop or desktop if so how do I go about it.
