Default Hot Keying a mouse to refresh a webpage

Hopefully this isnt miss categorized, i guess mouses (mice idk..) are hardware. so i have a World of Warcraft mouse by steel series and its got like 12 buttons. their are buttons for back a page and forward a page. can you hotkey anymore? no software came with the mouse itself and im running firefox as my browser.

You will have to install the drivers for that specific mouse. Since it is a fancy, and has additionaly functionalities, you will have to install drivers for that model in order to make them work. Just do a Google search for driver and install them. I would look for the official site before installing them from third-party website.
