hosting a server

Does anyone know like a program or something that will host my dedicated server, but not on my pc. People have been having really bad lag when I'm on MY server on cs:s and someone told me that when most people host a dedicated server they dont use the same pc. So if anyone knows a program that will host it for free or know a way to make it stop lagging please reply.

You need to pay 60$ a month or so to host the server somewhere else. Nobody is going to let you use their PC for free.

VelocityServer.net I have my cs 1.6 didicated server with them for like 2 years now they not expancive and good service :0

thats dedicated though, I dont wanna buy an actual server.
