Default Hibernating in Vista

Every place says that to enable hibernation you go to a cmd window in administrator mode and type: powercfg -h on but for me that does not work, theres no hibernation option anywhere when I do that.

Can you do sleep mode? Sleep mode is a lot better. Currently, I cant do either. I dont know why, but I cant. If I click sleep mode, it just turns off the monitor and if I wiggle the mouse, it wakes up, if I go to hibernate, it just resets the computer. Try
