Actually the price isnt too low because xeon is a server CPU as far as I know. Xeon = Core 2 (Maybe Im wrong) and the graphics card isnt that good. And I think the scam here is the twin CPU. Cause actually its just a dual core processor. Honestly its nowhere near a gaming pc. Dunno about the scamming part. Also the second one seems legit. But for gaming they both suck.
 
Ok but could I upgrade them so they don't suck ??
And also if any of you can find a good gaming pc for around 150 to 200 it would help me alot
 
They aren't even worth it. If you're looking for a gaming rig, you're best off piecing something together.
