I changed the stuff, check again. You didn't read the entire post, there's a difft mobo, memory, processor, and I'm keeping the hard drive in this comp.

And with that graphics card i wouldnt get anythign less then a 400 watt Power Supply i would try to go 500 so u can deck out ur case with water cooling and fancy lights

The case comes with 400w and it comes with fancy lights and I don't want water cooling.

Yes it should all work Fine but what kind of games are u looking to play with that graphics card that thing will kick some ass and i would go for the nvidia 6800 or the new 7800 because those are the fastest out right now

well no matter how much u dont want water cooling u still might need it because with someof the stuff ur putting in it mgioht run a little hot

this case its also quite and it is nice to show off when u go to CS and CS:S Tournaments ; )
