Depends on what you want to cool with, and how much you want to OC. I say it's a good OC CPU because thats what everyone says, I don't own one and I don't OC, so i can't really give you any sound advice on that.

Well, for air cooling I know of two good products.

First is the one I have, the Tuniq Tower 120- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835154001

It is big and a pain in the butt to install, but cools very well.

The second one I have only heard about, but everything that I have heard was good is the Zalman 9700.

I say go with the Tuniq but I might be biased.
