but the thing is when i went into my bios, all the words were in fucked up characters.

Something is definitely wrong with your video card. Check to make sure it's not overheating. Make sure the video card's cooling fan is clean and spinning properly.

also stupid point but is the monitor cable connected to the vid card properly , is the vid card in the slot correctly as well

hey, i replugged my videocard in, and the plugs, but no fix. Im gonna try different monitors, but I assume it is gonna fail. But i dont understand why the BIOS wud have fucked up characters. =\

Yes the letters were a different characters, not even a different language. But i turned off my computer, for like 4 hours. and now its fixed. AHHA NICE

Sounds like things may be overheating. Make sure all your fans are clean and running properly.
