help using Registry Mechanic

I just got Registry mechanic to sort out laptop but it looks a bit complicated.
I did a scan but im afraid of clicking the repair button because I might get rid of things that I shouldnt have.

can anyone tell me what I shouldnt tamper with and what is ok to repair

Just click the repair button

it should make a backup of it, hit repair and that's it. I've used that program before and it's never messed anything up when I hit repair.

Nope. Hit repair, if anything gets messed up it makes a backup for you so you can put it back exactly the way it was before you did it. I use registry mechanic too and I've never had a problem with deleting things.
